  • 1.3 liters of buttermilk
  • 150 ml cream
  • 90 g cornstarch
  • 75 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring. Pour into bowls and let cool.
