Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 1.3 liters of buttermilk
- 150 ml cream
- 90 g cornstarch
- 75 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring. Pour into bowls and let cool.
