Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 120 g almond(s), peeled
- 400 ml milk
- some vanilla pulp
- 8 figs, fresh
- some sugar or vanilla sugar, if necessary

quick and easy dessert
Soak the almonds in milk overnight. Puree in a blender and season with vanilla seeds and a little sugar, if desired. Halve the figs and divide them among 4 plates. Pour the almond milk over them.
