Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 120 g almond(s), peeled
  • 400 ml milk
  • some vanilla pulp
  • 8 figs, fresh
  • some sugar or vanilla sugar, if necessary

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

quick and easy dessert

Soak the almonds in milk overnight. Puree in a blender and season with vanilla seeds and a little sugar, if desired. Halve the figs and divide them among 4 plates. Pour the almond milk over them.
