Blueberry tonka bean curd with roasted almond flakes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 300 g sour milk
  • some tonka bean shavings
  • n. B. Honey
  • 2 tbsp almond flakes, roasted

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash or thaw the blueberries. Combine the sour milk with the blueberries and tonka bean zest. Sweeten with honey if desired. Pour into glasses. Sprinkle with the toasted almond flakes.
