Pear baked with halloumi and ham

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 large pears, e.g. Abate
  • 2 slices of smoked ham
  • 2 slices of halloumi
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Halve and core the pears. Top each with a slice of ham and then a slice of halloumi. Place in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes. Serve garnished with parsley.
