Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g swede(s)
  • 300 g potatoes
  • 500 ml broth
  • 2 slices of celery
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 slice(s) ham, raw
  • 2 cubes of vegetable stock
  • 500 ml water
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley
  • chives
  • basil
  • Thyme
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Place the onions, garlic, and ham in the mixing bowl with a little butter and chop for 3 seconds on speed 5. Add the beets, potatoes, carrots, and celery, cut into small cubes of about 2 cm, to the mixing bowl. Add 500 ml of boiling water and the stock cubes. Cook for 20 minutes on Varoma speed 1. After 20 minutes, season generously with salt and pepper, add the other spices to taste, and cook for another 5 minutes on Varoma speed 1. This makes two generous portions.
