Wash the apples and remove the cores, leaving the apples whole. For the filling, peel the ripe banana and mash it with a fork. Mix in the cream cheese and almonds. Stir in the cinnamon powder. Place the hollowed-out apples in a glass or porcelain dish. Using a small teaspoon, carefully divide the filling among the five hollowed-out apples, filling them almost to the brim. You can also sprinkle a little cinnamon on top. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 160°C (fan oven) on the second shelf from the bottom. For the sauce, whisk the vanilla dessert powder with the cold milk in a bowl. Serve the baked apples hot, drizzled with vanilla sauce.
