Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • 1 jar pepper, pickled green
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp brandy or sherry
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients. Crush half of the peppercorns with a fork, leaving the other half whole. Bring to a boil briefly. Delicious hot or cold—especially with steaks.
