Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 250 g natural yogurt
- 250 ml Cremefine for whipping
- 100 g sugar, more or less if needed
- 350 g cherries, fresh, frozen or from a jar
- 3 bananas
- lemon juice
- 100 g chocolate (aerated chocolate, e.g. air chocolate), chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Yogurt – quark – cream with a chocolate kick
Peel the bananas, cut them into pieces, and puree them with a dash of lemon juice, sugar, and the quark. Fold in the yogurt. Beat the Cremefine with a mixer on high until it reaches a whipped cream consistency. Carefully fold the cherries into the banana-yogurt-quark mixture. Finally, sprinkle the coarsely chopped chocolate over the top and fold in some of it.
