Stracciatella-Amaretto Tiramisu in a glass

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 2 sachets of custard powder (straciatella)
  • 1 liter of milk
  • n. B. sugar
  • 1 pack of cookies (chocolate cookies)
  • 1 jar sour cherries
  • n. B. Amaretto
  • n. B. Chocolate flakes for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Prepare a pudding from the pudding mix, milk, and sugar according to the package instructions. Depending on the size of the glass, place one or two cookies in the pudding (crush them slightly if necessary to fit them in the glass). Drizzle with Amaretto as needed to ensure they are thoroughly coated. Drain the sour cherries and arrange them on top of the cookies. Finally, spread the cooled (or prepared cold) pudding evenly over the pudding. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
