Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 ml milk
- 15 g cocoa
- 3 tbsp cane sugar
- 40 g cornstarch
- some tonka bean shavings
- 200 g apricot(s), small
- 125 g quark
- 1 tbsp agave syrup or pear syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes
Whisk together the cocoa, cane sugar, tonka bean zest, cornstarch, and milk. The liquid should be smooth and free of lumps. Bring the mixture to a boil in a saucepan while stirring continuously. Wash, pit, and finely chop the apricots. Stir the apricots, quark, and syrup into the pudding. Pour the dessert into glasses and serve.
