Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g pasta (spirelli)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 Cabanossi or 4 Wieners
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • Cayenne pepper
  • garlic powder
  • n. B. Water (salt water)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

who likes it spicy

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, wash the tomatoes and chop them into small pieces. Drain the corn and slice the sausages. Combine everything with the pasta in a baking dish. Then mix the sour cream with the egg, sambal oelek, and seasonings. Spread it over the casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 200°C (fan oven) for 20 minutes.
