Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pork chops or schnitzel
  • 8 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • Curry powder and paprika powder
  • Tomato ketchup or curry ketchup
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Season the meat with salt and pepper and fry it in a pan with heated oil over medium heat for about 25-30 minutes (depending on the thickness of the meat). Peel and slice the onions, and fry them in a second pan with oil until crispy (you can also use a deep fryer). Place the cooked meat on a plate and the onions on top. Fry the eggs in a pan and place them on top of the onions. Season with curry powder, paprika, and ketchup. You can also serve fresh bread under the meat or eat it with it.
