Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 300 g flour
  • 60 g walnuts, grated
  • n. B. Jam for filling (preferably currant)
  • Cake icing (chocolate glaze) for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Knead all the ingredients for the shortcrust pastry. Roll out and cut out any shapes. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) or 150°C (fan oven) for about 12 minutes. Top with jam and decorate with chocolate glaze as desired.
