Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 large apples
  • 4 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp nuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut a small top off the apples. Scoop out the cores or scoop them out with a spoon. Fill with the nuts, butter, and cinnamon, replace the lid, and bake in a preheated oven at approximately 200-225°C (top/bottom heat) for 15-20 minutes. Serve with cold vanilla sauce.
