Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g boneless smoked pork
- 6 tomatoes
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- Salt
Instructions

quick and delicious
Place the tomatoes in a bowl and pour boiling water over them. Let stand for a few minutes. Then peel them, remove the stems, and dice them. Slice or dice the smoked pork and briefly fry them in a non-stick pan. Add the diced tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Then pour in the cream and season with salt, if desired. Serve with potatoes and a fresh leaf salad.
