Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bunch soup greens, cleaned
- 1 kg potatoes, peeled
- 1 kg smoked pork, boned
- 1 ½ liters of broth
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice all ingredients. Then, in a roasting pan, layer the smoked pork first, then the potatoes, and finally the soup vegetables. Season with pepper (no salt!), pour in the broth, and cook the stew, covered, in the oven at 175°C for about 1 1/4 hours.
