  • some parsley, fresh
  • 4 tbsp, sautéed ajvar
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water or oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Clean and wash the chicory. Wash and slice the cucumber. Wash, deseed, and finely slice the bell pepper. Mix the dressing and season to taste. Combine all ingredients and serve.
