Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 slices of Leberkäse (125 g each)
- 3 sausages (Wiener)
- 150 g mushrooms, small
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- Sage, fresh
- 1 tbsp margarine
- ½ tbsp flour
- 400 g tomatoes, peeled
- salt and pepper
- Herbs of Provence
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Chop the meatloaf and sausages into small pieces and fry. Halve the onions, slice them, and add them to the sausage. Add the mushrooms and fry for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with flour and mix well. Add the chopped tomatoes and spices, if desired, and simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Serve with potatoes, pasta, or rice, and a delicious salad.
