Nougat marzipan muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 g potato(s), grated
  • 220 g apples, of which 150 g grated and 70 g in pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g marzipan paste
  • 80 g sugar
  • 125 g nougat
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

makes 20 pieces.

Mix the flour with baking powder, a pinch of salt, and the sugar. Peel and grate the potatoes, peel and grate 2/3 of the apples, and cut the rest into pieces. Add everything to the flour and mix well. Melt the nougat in a saucepan over very low heat. Meanwhile, tear the marzipan into pieces and add it to the batter. Stir in the eggs and finally the nougat. Divide between the ramekins. Bake at 160°C (convection oven) for 35 minutes.
