Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pc. puff pastry
- 1 point bacon, breakfast bacon/salami/ham or similar.
- 1 point cheese (as desired)
- Egg(s) or milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Roll out the puff pastry, cut it into squares, and then place the cheese and bacon (or whatever you like) in the middle! Form small pockets and brush the whole thing with a little milk or egg yolk! Then bake the whole thing in the oven at 160°C for about 15 minutes! It tastes great on its own when you’re a little hungry, when you need to use up leftovers from the fridge, or as a small meal, for example, with a green salad.
