Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 large bell peppers, red
  • 3 large bell peppers, yellow
  • 500 g pasta
  • 1 pack of bacon cubes, approx. 125 – 175 g
  • oil
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Wash and deseed the 7 bell peppers, then dice them. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Fry the bell peppers with a little oil in a pan over medium heat. After 15 minutes, add the bacon. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the bell pepper and bacon mixture.
