Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 steak(s), thin, pickled
- 250 g minced pork
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 4 slices of cheese (Gouda)
- 2 cups of cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes
Place the steaks side by side in a baking dish. Spread the minced pork on top, flatten, and top with the drained mushrooms. Arrange Gouda slices on top and pour enough cream into the dish to cover half of the steaks. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 1-1.5 hours.
