Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels
- 1 jar mushrooms, 1st choice, sliced
- 250 g sour cream
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the schnitzel into strips, season with salt, pepper, and a little paprika. Brown the meat until crispy, drain the mushrooms, and add them to the pan. Finally, stir in the sour cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Done! This includes spaetzle. Simple and delicious!
