Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 small chicory
  • 3 large peaches (flat peaches)
  • 8 radish leaves
  • 2 stalks of chives
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 600 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with peach, banana, chicory and cucumber

Peel the banana and cut into several pieces. Wash the cucumber and cut it into several pieces without peeling it. Remove any outer leaves from the chicory, trim the ends, and cut it crosswise four times. Wash the flat peaches and remove the flesh from the pit. Place all of these ingredients in a blender along with the herbs (chives, basil, and parsley). Add the water and run the blender on high for 2-3 minutes.
