  • 2 points cream puffs, frozen
  • 500 g quark (40%)
  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 250 g condensed milk, sweetened (Milkmaid)
  • Berries, mixed, frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Place the profiteroles in a baking dish, ensuring the bottom is completely covered. Mix the quark with the milk, adding more milk to taste if desired. Pour the cream over the profiteroles and sprinkle with the frozen berries. Refrigerate for about 1-2 hours to set.
