Chia Pudding with Blueberries
The perfect chia pudding with blueberries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Unsweetened coconut milk
- 150 ml Sparkling water
- 4 tbsp Rice syrup
- 0,5 tsp Vanilla essence
- 70 g Chia seeds
- 100 g Blueberries fresh
- 2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp Coconut shavings
- The day before, stir together coconut milk, mineral water, rice syrup, vanilla essence and chia seeds, soak for 20 minutes and stir well again.
- Fill the chia pudding into 4 glasses and cover and leave to soak in the refrigerator overnight.
- The next day wash the blueberries and pat dry. Sprinkle the chia pudding with the blueberries, pumpkin seeds and coconut shavings and serve.
