Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup milk or mineral water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Guaranteed to succeed every time! Easy to vary. Makes 12 slices or muffins.

Mix all ingredients together and pour onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper or into the muffin tins. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 25 minutes. You can vary the batter as desired: for example, add fruit, nuts, or chocolate flakes. Simply add or sprinkle on top to taste.
