Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g mushrooms, cut into pieces
- 3 turkey schnitzels, cut into strips
- 1 medium-sized onion(s), diced
- ½ bunch of spring onions, cut into rings
- Herbs of Provence
- 250 ml broth
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche with garlic
- oil
- salt and pepper

a quick, tasty dish
Brown the meat and season with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan and set aside. Sauté the mushrooms, onions, and spring onions, pour in the broth, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the herbs. Add the meat back and finish with crème fraîche. Season to taste, if desired. We usually serve this with rice, but pasta or croquettes are also good.
