Summer – Radish – Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bunch radishes
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Condensed milk or cream
  • Vinegar
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Clean and wash the radishes, then slice them thinly. Wash the chives and finely chop them. Add vinegar and oil to taste, a generous splash of condensed milk or cream, and season with salt and pepper. A delicious and fresh summer salad.
