Blueberry-banana jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg blueberries
  • 4 bananas
  • 600 g gelling sugar 2:1
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the blueberries. Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces. Sprinkle the bananas with a little lemon juice and let them sit for about 30 minutes. Place all the fruit in a saucepan and pour in 400 ml of water. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 10 minutes until a thick, smooth jam has formed. Then pour the jam into jars.
