Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g veal fillet(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- oil
- 3 tsp peppercorns, green
- 1 tbsp flour
- 200 ml meat broth
- 200 g crème fraîche
- Salt
- Paprika powder
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the meat into thin strips. Finely dice the onion. Brown the meat in hot oil, add the diced onion, and sauté briefly. Add the green peppercorns and dust everything with the flour. Deglaze with the meat broth, stir in the crème fraîche, and bring the sauce to a boil. Season with salt and paprika, and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with tagliatelle and a green salad.
