Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ¼ liter sour cream
- ¼ liter buttermilk
- 60 g sugar
- ½ lemon(s)
- 2 tbsp rum
- 5 sheets of white gelatin
- 1 sheet of red gelatin
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 10 minutes
Whisk the cream, buttermilk, and sugar until fluffy. Stir in the lemon juice and rum. Then add the dissolved gelatin. Chill the dish for 3-4 hours. Serve with pureed strawberries.
