Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 banana(s), ripe
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg white (egg white), approx. 30 g
- 60 g spelt flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 30 g protein powder (vanilla)
- 100 g low-fat curd cheese
- some coconut oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mash the ripe banana with a fork. Place it in a bowl along with the other 6 ingredients and mix well until a smooth batter forms. Heat a pan and melt a little coconut oil in it. Pour the batter into the pan in batches and cook pancakes on both sides as desired. Top with raspberry skyr and cherries.
