Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 40 g oat flakes
- 400 ml water
- 2 servings of condensed milk (10% fat), cup portions
- some sweetener, liquid
- possibly fruit of your choice

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Low-calorie version, WW-compatible with 3.5 P
Bring the oatmeal and water to a boil in a saucepan, stirring constantly. Simmer over medium heat until the mixture thickens (about 3-4 minutes – don’t forget to stir!). Remove the pan from the heat and add the 2 portions of condensed milk, stirring to combine. Season to taste. I sometimes chop up a banana (note: 1 point extra), a pear, or other fruit.
