Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the leek thoroughly and slice it into thin rings. Add a little oil, such as sunflower oil, to a pan and fry the leek rings. Don’t overcook them; they should still be a bit firm to the bite. Then simply stir in the cup of sour cream and heat everything through. Season with salt and pepper. This goes perfectly with gyros and rice.
