Quick pasta salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (e.g. butterfly pasta)
  • 1 small can of peas and carrots
  • 4 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 3 gherkins
  • Salad – cream, light
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • possibly sugar
  • possibly cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the pasta. Meanwhile, slice the ham, drain the peas and carrots, and dice the cucumber. Let the cooked pasta cool and mix everything together. Stir in the salad dressing, if desired, and season with salt and pepper. If desired, add more cream and/or sugar. If you have time, let the salad marinate in the refrigerator.
