super easy and quick, makes about 28 pieces

Remove the puff pastry rolls from the refrigerator and roll them out. Then mix the cream cheese, diced ham, and grated cheese into a cream. Lay the puff pastry horizontally and spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the bottom half of the puff pastry. Then fold the top half of the puff pastry onto the cream cheese mixture and press down lightly with your hands. Then press the two long sides together with the tip of a fork. Now cut the puff pastry into strips and, twisting them twice into a spiral, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan oven) and bake the rolls for 12-18 minutes until the desired color is reached.
