Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g cream cheese
- 250 g quark
- 1 onion(s)
- ½ bunch chives
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Whisk the cream cheese and quark together until smooth. Finely dice the onion and stir into the mixture. Finely chop the chives (this works best with clean scissors). Reserve a small amount of chives for garnishing and stir in the rest. Season to taste with paprika, pepper, and salt, and garnish with chives. Spundekäs is perfect for any party and tastes delicious with pretzels or savory snacks, but also with baked potatoes or as a dip for raw vegetables (kohlrabi, carrots, peppers, etc.).
