Pear and spelt muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g pear(s) (peeled, pitted, diced)
  • 100 g spelt flour (wholemeal)
  • 140 g spelt flour, 630
  • 1 tsp. clove powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 120 g butter, melted
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 120 g sugar, brown
  • 200 g yogurt, Greek 10%
  • 100 g sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

for 18 pieces, whole grain

Prepare muffin tins and preheat oven to 175°C. Combine the flours with the spices and baking powder. Whisk the egg and sugar well, then add the melted butter while stirring. Then stir in the yogurt and sour cream. Stir in the flour mixture and fold in the pear cubes. Pour the mixture into the muffin tins, filling them 2/3 full, and bake for about 25 minutes. Let cool and decorate as desired!
