Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 large carrots, grated
- 1 persimmon, very finely chopped
- 1 tbsp honey, liquid
- 1 dash of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 dashes sesame oil or other nut oil
- 2 pinch(s) pepper, black
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder, according to taste
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 walnuts, coarsely chopped
Instructions

delicious dessert salad
Place the carrots and persimmon in a bowl. Add the honey, oil, lemon juice, and pepper, mix, and season with a little salt and perhaps a pinch of cinnamon. Sprinkle the walnuts on top. It has a sweet/tart flavor.
