Potato slices with herb butter

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized potatoes
  • 1 tbsp herb butter, store-bought or homemade
  • Salt
  • n. B. herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat oven to approximately 200°C. Wash and peel the potatoes, and cut into approximately 5 mm thick slices. Pat dry with kitchen paper to remove any shine. Place them side by side on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Season with salt, sprinkle with herbs, and place a small piece of herb butter on each slice. Place in the oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes. Serve hot.
