Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cheese (200-240 g)
- 8 tbsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp water
- 3 onions
- salt and pepper
- Caraway seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
For the marinade, combine vinegar, oil, and water, season generously with salt and pepper, and add the peeled and finely diced onions and caraway seeds. Spread the marinade over the cheese and let it marinate.
