Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 pack of jelly, raspberry flavor
  • 250 ml water, cold
  • 80 g sugar
  • 150 g raspberries
  • 150 g strawberries
  • 2 kiwis
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 200 g quark, 0.2% fat)
  • 100 g yogurt (0.1%)
  • 40 g honey
  • 1 cup cream (19% fat)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Let the jelly swell in 250ml of cold water (5 minutes), then add the sugar and dissolve. Do not boil! Mix the quark, yogurt, honey, and a little lemon juice, then carefully add it to the dissolved jelly mixture, a little at a time. Chill. Puree the fruit and lemon juice. Chill. When the mixture begins to set, whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold it in. Ladle into cups and garnish with berries, if desired.
