Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200g Gorgonzola
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp parsley, fresh or frozen
- some cream
- salt and pepper

Mash the Gorgonzola with a fork in a bowl. Add the cream cheese and parsley and mix with a little cream until the mixture is nice and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
