Strawberry-banana-quark dessert

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g banana(s)
  • 150 g strawberries, frozen or fresh
  • 100 g quark (0.4% fat)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Thaw the strawberries slightly. They should still be very cold, but no longer hard. Puree them with the banana. Empty the quark into a dessert bowl and pour the fruit purée over it, but do not mix. When serving, you can decide for yourself whether to mix the quark with the purée. However, it looks nicer simply poured over the quark.
