Peppered Papaya Breakfast

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 m.-large papaya, ripe
  • 8 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp black pepper, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for breakfast or dessert

Halve the papaya lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Then scoop out the flesh in bite-sized pieces and divide between two plates. Spread 4 tablespoons of yogurt over the flesh on each plate and sprinkle with black pepper. Delicious for breakfast or dessert.
