Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g ham (cured ham or turkey breast cut into small strips)
- 5 tsp Miracle Whip with yogurt (11% fat)
- 1 tbsp yogurt (low-fat)
- 1 small gherkin(s)
- 1 tomato(s) (in small cubes)
- 1 slice(s) pineapple from the can, diced
- 1 stalk(s) spring onion(s), cut into rings
- 1 pinch(s) curry powder
- ½ apple (sour, e.g. Boskoop or Cox)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Low-fat
Cut all ingredients into small, fine strips and mix with the mayonnaise (Miracel Whip) and yogurt. Season with curry powder. Kids love it, too.
