Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 140 g flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 175 ml milk
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
makes 8 small pancakes
Weigh the flour and place it in a bowl. Add the baking powder, sugar, egg, and milk to the bowl. Mix everything well. Let it sit for 30 minutes. Add a little oil to the pan, but only when the pan is warm. Pour a little batter into the pan. Cook in the pan for 2 minutes on one side and then flip. Sprinkle or spread the pancakes with powdered sugar or jam, or add 1 grated apple to the batter.
