Preparation in the bread maker and in the oven

Add all ingredients one after the other to the BBA and set the dough program. My BBA takes about two hours to do this. The dough can of course also be made in a normal food processor or by hand. With the BBA’s timer, the finished dough is ready shortly before breakfast. Roll the dough into eight balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cut a notch into each roll with a wet knife and let it rise for 20 minutes. Brush with water or moisten with a watering can and bake at 250 degrees Celsius for 12-15 minutes. As soon as the rolls come out of the oven, moisten them immediately with the watering can to give them a nice shine.
