Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 ml cream, whipped
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 4 figs, dried
  • 200 g quark
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quarter the pear and chop it finely along with the figs. Mix the fruit pieces with the other ingredients. If you like, you can add the seeds of a vanilla pod.
